Aramid Fabrics
In a world where lightweight and durable composites are increasingly replacing traditional materials, Aramid plays an important role. Aramid Fibre also referred to as Kevlar® or Twaron is a man-made organic Polymer produced by spinning a solid fibre from a liquid chemical blend. The bright golden yellow filaments produced can have a range of properties, but all have high strength and low density giving very high specific strength.
The Benefits;
- High Strength
- Low Weight
- Resistant to impact and abrasion damage
- Can be waterproof
